We know you're excited to receive your baby essentials, and we're committed to getting them to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship, delivery times, and shipping costs.
Processing Time
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:
- Order cutoff time: 4:00 PM (GMT -05:00)Â Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time:Â 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 8 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated delivery time: 9 to 14 business days.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

The carrier used for your order is automatically selected based on your location, package size, and delivery speed chosen at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order:

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address
If your order has shipped, we cannot change the address but can assist with carrier rerouting options (fees may apply)
Address Verification:Â For security, we may contact you to verify your shipping address if it differs from your billing address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
We will:
- Contact you using the email or phone number provided
- Offer to reship the package (shipping fees apply)
- Issue a refund for the merchandise (minus original shipping costs) if you prefer not to have it reshipped
Note:Â Reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may cause delays:

- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Holidays and peak shipping seasons
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Global events or pandemics
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), please allow additional processing and delivery time.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on:
- Product availability
- Shipping location
- Warehouse locations
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if items ship separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for multiple shipments from the same order.
Shipping Restrictions
For the safety of our customers and compliance with regulations:
We Cannot Ship:
Certain items internationally due to regulatory restrictions
To P.O. Boxes via some carriers (carrier restrictions apply)
Hazardous materials
Signature Required:
Orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified at checkout if signature is required for your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and secure locations around your property
- Wait 48 hours - sometimes packages are scanned as delivered but arrive the next day
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number

We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim if necessary.
Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend:
- Shipping to a secure location
- Using a workplace address if packages are often stolen from your home
- Requesting signature confirmation (available at checkout for an additional fee)
- Utilizing carrier hold-for-pickup options if available
Gift Shipping
Shipping to a gift recipient? You can:
- Enter their shipping address at checkout
- Include a gift message (option available at checkout)
- We do not include invoices or prices in gift shipments
