Return Shipping Costs

If the Item Is Defective or Incorrect
If you received the wrong product, a damaged item, or something with a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — no worries.

If You Changed Your Mind
If the return is due to ordering the wrong item, fit issues, or simply deciding it’s not for you, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees
We don’t charge any restocking fees. Ever.

 

How to Start a Return

    Place the item back in its original packaging, making sure everything is included.
  3. Send It Back
    Follow the return instructions provided by our support team and drop the package off at the designated carrier.

 

Refunds

Inspection
Once your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
